Among those he has worked with and nurtured over the years were Project Runway’s Nina Garcia, PBS’s Ray Suarez, Grammy Award-winning artists Gloria Estefan and Celia Cruz; People en Español’s Armando Correa, Univision’s Jorge Ramos, Maria Elena Salinas, Maria Antonieta Collins, ABC’s John Quiñonez, as well as Isabel Allende and Paulo Coelho in Spanish, among scores of others.

Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Alegria has devoted his professional life to establishing positive, multidimensional images of Latinos through a variety of media. He lives in New York City.
