Cynthia is a Transformational and Empowerment Coach, an Inspirational/Motivational Speaker, a Thought Leader, and a Happiness Expert who believes in helping people tap into the unlimited possibilities of life to help them realize their personal and professional excellence.

That commitment has guided her 20 year career, where she has helped hundreds of women transform their personal and professional lives by supporting them in addressing their challenges, building their coping skills, and perhaps most important, recognizing their own inner strengths and resiliency.

In her deepest calling to see women create the lives they were truly meant to live and have optimum well-being and happiness, Cynthia founded Latina Wellness, where she offers coaching services, workshops, and self-development programs that have been uniquely designed to address the multiplicity of cultural influences in Latina and Multi-cultural communities.  As the founder of Latina Wellness, Cynthia is clear that helping women voice their stories and create better lives for themselves, their families, and their communities is critically important.

As a skilled clinician and facilitator, Cynthia has played a crucial role in supporting and training hundreds of professionals to effectively deal with the intensity of their work and find ways to flourish even in challenging work environments. She has conducted a wide range of professional development workshops that include leadership training, cultural responsiveness training, and how to cultivate a positive and happier work environment.

Spreading her message of optimal wellness for the mind, body, and spirit, Cynthia maintains her own blog site and is a contributing writer and wellness expert for vidavibrante.com.  She was chosen as one of the top 6 Latina health bloggers in 2012, and has been featured in numerous media outlets including NBC Latino and NBC Visiones.
