Ms. Elma Placeres Dieppa is an active blogger, marketer, and community organizer. Her work with LATISM, a volunteer-based community that helps empower Latinos through the use of social media, has created a positive impact on the Latino community. Through Latism this Revolucionaria has raised awareness of important issues such as human rights and education, as well as topics that are currently affecting the surrounding communities.
