Women in general, and Latinas in particular, struggle with the expectations that are the cultural norm within our community.Then they run into the reality of juggling different roles while still trying to balance it all. This session is geared towards women who want tips to help find more balance, deal with unsolicited advice, set limits with la familia and the in-laws, and realize they can define how they want to live their lives, regardless of what mami, abuelita and hermanas say. The idea is to let go of what everybody else expects from you to fulfill what you have defined as your goals, both in your personal and professional lives.
