Framed by the immigration and gay marriage debates in 2013, there is no doubt that LGBTQ Latinos face obstacles and challenges. But social media and the connected web have begun breaking down health, cultural and social barriers. We are seeing conversations taking place and that is bringing awareness to a community that hasn't always been served in the Latino space.
