We all know that over 70% of all Latino(a)s live in urban settings. Furthermore, they live in the poorest communities. How does  that affect their health and what is being done to improve the situation? Meet the champions who are totally dedicated to teen moms and their babies, food, desserts, diabetes, obesity and many other health issues affecting our youth.
