Too often, Latinos suffer in silence while going through the most trying times, leaving many mental health illnesses undiagnosed. We'll be discussing what the best culturally relevant strategies are to break these deeply rooted cultural and socioeconomic road blocks that have stigmatized people with mental illness for too long.
